Jonathan and Sharon Perry spent the first nine years of their marriage in itinerant ministry. In 1992 they moved to Toledo, Ohio to assume the pastorate of New Life. Since that time they have seen great advancement for the Kingdom. The Perry's minister as a team, overseeing the leadership at New Life.
Beyond his pastoral ministry, Jonathan is an active Life Coach for Ministers and Churches in transition. Sharon writes educational curriculum, and she is a vibrant entrepreneur and interior design consultant. They continue to speak in various venues across the USA and around the world. They have three sons; Grant, Gentry, and Greyson.

Robert and Vicie Richardson have been a ministry team for over 20 years. The Richardsons have pastored three churches and have been involved in traveling ministry for a total of six years. For the last five years of their ministry they served as Assistant Pastors of Christian Life Center in Parkersburg WV.
The Richardson's joined the ministry team of New Life Pentecostals of Toledo in 2008. Pastor Robert's focus is on guest and member follow-up, mentoring new believers and assimilating them into the fellowship. Vicie is the office manager and focuses her energies on the daily operations of the church office. Robert and Vicie are a dynamic couple who seek to build the Kingdom.
